Shipping policy

All orders processed and shipped within 2-6 business days unless specified in product description from time of purchase, excluding national holidays. Shipping rates and speeds calculated at checkout. All orders in the United States $75 or more eligible for free shipping. International shipping is available as of December 2024! 

Local pickup is in Pataskala, OH. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please reply to the email within 24 hours to set up a time to pick up your order. Failure to pick up your order or attempting to reschedule more than once may result in order cancellation. Per shop policies, we do not offer refunds. 

All orders are packaged with the most eco friendly options we have. Some packages that contain multiple glass jars may be packaged with repurposed bubble wrap or other recycled packaging materials that our shop receives from our bulk shipments. We encourage you to recycle, compost, and/or repurpose our packaging materials. Our packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in water in a matter of seconds!
